Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• Include the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components

• Include proof of purchase or your order number

To request a return, please contact us before sending any item back. We will provide return instructions and, when applicable, the correct return address.

Please do not return products without prior authorization.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

• Items that have been installed, used, damaged, modified, or altered after delivery

• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Final sale or clearance items where clearly stated on the product page

• Gift cards

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect when received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs.

For returns due to customer preference, incorrect ordering, change of mind, or compatibility issues that were not caused by incorrect product information provided by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days after refund approval for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be canceled and may instead need to follow our standard return process.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, version, size, or compatible item, please contact us. In many cases, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order.
